關於本條款

• By booking a lesson or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
• We are a solo tutoring service — not a platform or agency. The teacher you book is the same person who operates this website.
• These Terms apply to all lessons, packages, and communications between you and us.

預約與取消

• Lessons must be booked in advance through our booking system. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
• To cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used and are non-refundable.
• If we need to cancel a lesson, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a makeup lesson or restore the lesson credit to your package.

付款與套餐

• Payment is required in full before lessons begin. Prices are shown in the currency listed on our website.
• Lesson packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons remaining after the package expires will be forfeited and will no longer be eligible for refund or credit.
• Packages are for the registered student only and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
• We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.

退款

• A completely unused lesson package may be refunded in full if the request is submitted by email within 14 days of purchase and before any lesson in the package has been used.
• Once a package has been partially used, you may request a refund for the remaining unused lessons before the package expires. Any completed or forfeited lessons will be recalculated at the regular single-lesson rate, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
• Trial lessons are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Promotional or specially discounted purchases may be non-refundable where clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 7–14 business days, although the time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

您的責任

• You are responsible for a stable internet connection and working audio/video equipment.
• Lessons starting late due to your delay will still end at the scheduled time.
• Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the lesson and your account, with no refund.
• You may not record, share, or distribute any lesson content without our written consent.

智慧財產與責任限制

• All lesson materials we provide are for your personal study only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially.
• We cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services, including video platforms, booking systems, and payment processors, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Where compensation is appropriate, it will not exceed the amount paid for the affected lesson or lessons.

準據法

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
• Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan courts.
